Płock is a city on the Vistula river in central Poland. It is located in the Masovian Voivodeship.

Plock 

Płock was the first historical capital of Poland from 1079 - 1138. It is the cultural, academic, scientific, administrative and transportation center of the west and north Masovian region.

Full of charm, the city can take pride in all the different hhistorical monuments and places it harbours as well as its unique location and landscape by the Vistula river. The town is also well known for it rich and varied possibilities of sports and leisure. Płock welcomed the World Grand Prix preliminary Round back in 2013. It was also host of several other sports events.
