Grebennikov: The final will be spectacular

Czestochowa, Poland, December 1, 2018 - Diatecx Trentino picked up pace after the first set to knock out Fakel Novy Urengoy and set up an all-Italian final at the 2018 FIVB Men's Club World Championship - and already they're looking ahead to the big 'domestic' clash for gold.

Jenia Grebennikov, Trentino libero: "It was a difficult semifinal. We are very happy because we played very good volleyball today. Fakel are a very strong, physical team and they served well, but we had more power today. Tomorrow we are playing against a very strong Italian team. It's a final so we will see what happens. It's going to be a very good and spectacular match."

Srecko Lisinac, Trentino middle blocker: "I have played in Czestochowa six years ago. It is very nice to be back here in front of a Polish crowd. We did not start very well, Fakel were serving and receiving well. But from second set we played better and we did not allow them to play their game. Tomorrow we will play against a very strong team, but I hope that we will play a good game."

Camillo Placi, Fakel coach: "After the first set Trentino started to play better. We had some issues, but the biggest difference was the block. We now need to rest physically for tomorrow's match."
