Simon: Belief is key for our team

Plock, Poland, November 27, 2018 - Cucine Lube Civitanova pulled off a comeback beyond belief to beat defending champions Zenit Kazan in five sets and stay undefeated in the 2018 FIVB Men's Club World Championship - and according to Robertlandy Simon it was all down to belief in themselves.

Robertlandy Simon, Lube middle blocker: "It was a good match. We fought until the very end and that is what made the difference. We believe in ourselves and belief is the key for our team and that's all we need right now. We still have one more match to win and that's all that matters."

Alexander Butko, Zenit Kazan captain and setter: "What we have is hope. We will fight for our position. It's not the end for us. We need to calm down. I hope that tournament is not over yet. The ball was on our court, but we didn't manage to win - and that's a shame. One game does not testify about the whole tournament."
